VP - Secondary Advisory

Job description

Venture Search has partnered with an exciting, fast-growing private funds advisory group that is looking to expand its Secondary & Directs team. This hire will be part of the continued growth the firm experienced in 2025 and will be instrumental to its future expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

• Be the lead on a number of GP-led transactions
• Assist with the groups origination efforts
• Oversee the Associate/Analyst cohort
• Conduct in-depth market research
• Gather and analyse information, produce a range of models and valuations

Requirements:

• Experience within secondary investments or advisory
• Good knowledge of PE regulatory & legal frameworks
• Advanced Valuation & modelling skills
• Experience in marketing & content documentation
