Job Purpose:  To monitor that all Part M Subpart G activities subcontracted under M.A.711 are actioned in accordance with the requirements of M.A.712. (Integrated Management System(IMS))

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Monitoring that all specified activities within the M.A.711 subcontract are being delivered.
  2. Monitor all CAMO subcontracted activities are being performed in accordance with the approved procedures.
  3. Contribute to the achievement of cost conscious best practice, continuous improvement and maintenance of the IMS.
  4. Act as a resource and reference for stakeholders seeking to improve IMS performance.
  5. Undertake specific activity and projects to support the development of M.A.711 activity within the IMS.
  6. Assist in developing meaningful process related compliance, performance and risk metrics for “Core Process” ensuring each has a meaningful process metric developed and assigned to it.
  7. Cause identification and risk analysis of non-compliances to facilitate prioritisation and identify to stakeholders opportunities for further improvement actions at the process level.

Skills, Know – how and experience

 

Must Have:

 

  1. Experience of process mapping and flow-charting to recognise process relationships, process steps, inputs and outputs, and also to determine how processes interconnect to form the company’s overall IMS.
  2. Accomplished and proven organisational skills to recognise develop and meet internal specifications and key performance metrics.
  3. Thorough working knowledge and understanding of statistics, sufficient to be able to recognise adverse trends and associated risk in process compliance and  performance
  4. Ability to develop  and provide IMS reports and recommendations to the Nominated Post Holders (NPH).
  5. Able to demonstrate both theoretical and practical application of the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) continuous improvement cycle.

 

Preferred:

 

  1. Demonstrate a strong theoretical, practical knowledge and experience in applying generic industry standard and Commercial aviation, sector specific, Integrated (Quality) Management Systems
  2. Demonstrable experience of working within a CAT CAMO.
  3. Excellent written and verbal  communication skills combined with IT computer literacy to interact with process owners and stakeholders at all levels within the group organisation.

Technical/Professional Qualifications:

 

  1. EASA Part 66 licence, Aeronautical Engineering Degree or accredited auditing qualification.
