EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
L’Oréal is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Product Manager to work closely with the rest of the marketing team on our exciting and fast growing La Roche-Posay brand. As a Senior Product Manager you’ll report into the Marketing Manager and work closely with the La Roche-Posay integrated marketing team to drive the success of the brand through innovative marketing campaigns. This role will have exposure to the international brand development teams with the opportunity to contribute to new projects.  You will be very closely linked with the commercial team, finance and supply chain. You will regularly have contact with consumers themselves and should be adept at working at all levels from senior management to retailers.

 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead franchise planning and development, implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products aligned with the overall brand strategy.

  • Responsible for all day-to-day operational management of the franchises.

  • Support in development of media strategy and work with agencies to plan media spend and campaign activities.

  • Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plans for products.

  • Work closely with the communications and digital team leads to ensure all PR and online opportunities are maximised.

  • You will have considerable input in establishing brand budgets and financial metrics including brand and franchise tracking.

  • You will be responsible for working closely with the supply team ensuring forecast accuracy and stock availability.

  • Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights to inspire the beauty industry.

  • As part of a brand team you will accurately track spend and meet your financial objectives.

  • Educated to degree level

  • Highly numerate – strong analytically

  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong negotiator

  • Experience in a fast paced sales environment

  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills

  • Appreciation for medical marketing
