SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
-Develop and drive IMC campaigns for key launches alongside BBLs and Head of Digital for 360 plans encompassing comms/PR, influencers, digital and social.
-Own & manage brand comms calendar; major launches, no clashes on messaging and go-live etc
-Budget management (comms, events, social) by brand and category.
-Crisis management alongside corporate comms (Animal testing, celebrity ASA, colorants issues etc)
-Central ownership of social calendar; ensure daily content being posted equally amongst categories. Ensure utilisation of studio 9 by SBM’s, creating seasonal/always-on / hot content for l Twitter, FB and that no clashes / cannibalisation of posts between categories. To be discussed in weekly/bi-weekly IMC tribe meetings with SBMs
-Manage and lead bi-weekly IMC tribe meetings with Digital and SBMs. (Sharing learnings, align on upcoming launch elements to feed into content calendars etc, brainstorms etc)
-Own central monthly EMV reporting & analysis. Identifying competitor wins, learnings, opportunities for new influencer outreach to up weight EMV.
(Whilst Tribe Dynamics is at a total brand level it makes sense for this to be centrally managed. Once the category roll-out comes we can look at the SBMs owning this)
-Own spokesmodel relations with agents (shoot logistics, campaign approvals, event logistics, contracts etc)
-Talent agent relationship lead for the brand (Beauty squad contracts, deliverables per category, agent relationships. Eg Redhare, Gleam, Kameleon). Beauty Squad strategy, new additions etc
-Own senior level media relations (Beauty Directors, Editors, online news writes, showbiz desks etc)
-Oversee brand events & eventing strategy eg Cannes, PFW, Barber Club
-Guardian of the brands image (creative/visual ‘outputs’ to a high enough standard (eg. Event production, invitations, press releases, content).
-Own DMI relationship with IMC team. Share local activations, learnings, opportunities etc.
- Seeking out new opportunities of partnerships – identifying new talent we should be working with etc
-Lead on total brand/corporate campaigns or activations. Eg; Princes Trust and manage the brands relationship with them
-Manage Assistant Comms Manager & PR assistant
