Defining characteristics of the role:
Achieving sales targets through ‘bricks’ retailers
• Achieving brand conso targets through building differentiated shopper-centric account strategies
• Owning the shopper journey and driving success of shopper marketing
Developing the strategy and preparing for key meetings:
• Preparing and attend Trade Days
• Establishing product hierarchy for brand
• Achieving growth in Retail
• Driving an increase in shopper marketing
• Developing and sharing shopper insight
• Working closely with Online Brand Manager to provide a single retail view of category performance
• Translating activation by Retailers
Reporting and managing the campaign:
• Delivering weekly EPOS and update team on performance by category (sell out tracking)
• Producing market share notes to Zone/DMI – Sell out tracking
Managing People:
• Managing subcontracts
Merchandising
• Owning overall merchandising for new products in bricks channels
• Driving shopper and retailer differentiation
• Managing the brand merchandising budget
