Retail Brand Manager - L'Oreal Paris

Job description

Defining characteristics of the role:

Achieving sales targets through ‘bricks’ retailers

       Achieving brand conso targets through building differentiated shopper-centric account strategies

       Owning the shopper journey and driving success of shopper marketing

Developing the strategy and preparing for key meetings:

       Preparing and attend Trade Days

       Establishing product hierarchy for brand

       Achieving growth in Retail

       Driving an increase in shopper marketing

       Developing and sharing shopper insight

       Working closely  with Online  Brand Manager to provide a single retail view of category performance

       Translating activation by Retailers

Reporting and managing the campaign:

       Delivering weekly EPOS and update team on performance by category (sell out tracking)

       Producing market share notes to Zone/DMI – Sell out tracking

Managing People:

       Managing subcontracts

Merchandising

       Owning overall merchandising for new products in bricks channels

       Driving shopper and retailer differentiation

       Managing the brand merchandising budget

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Consistent strong performance and results in previous roles
  • Able to work cross-functionally at all levels
  • Has demonstrated leadership capability (not necessarily people management)
  • Previous experience in consumer role is desirable
  • Minimum 3 years previous business experience
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen in previous roles
  • Credible in front of Trade
