Head of Acquisition and Content - Luxury Division

Job description

As Head of Acquisition and Content you will develop a deep understanding of customer acquisition and leverage that insight to drive a best in class digital acquisition strategy capable of achieving a step change in target metrics. You will:


  • Develop and implement an industry-leading digital customer acquisition and content strategy that ensures we are attracting valuable customers for all Luxe brands
  • Drive the Luxe customer acquisition strategy across all digital marketing channels (search, affiliation, content creation, programmatic, paid social media, retargeting) working collaboratively with all business-wide stakeholders
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities to advance our digital marketing performance and add new channels where relevant
  • Analyse results and KPIs in order to optimise and improve the Luxe strategy, consistently seeking out opportunities to increase ROI and drive efficiencies
  • Educate and empower internal stakeholders to embed “search as a way of life”
  • Lead, project manage and fine tune the Luxe attribution model in order to influence our media spend and activity
  • Be the key relationship point within the Luxe division for our digital marketing agencies and media partners (Google, YouTube) and be first to market with new initiatives
  • Work closely with our media buying agency and brand marketing teams to ensure all paid for digital media is always cohesive and aligned with best practice
  • Reporting into the Digital Director for the Luxe Division, the key qualities and skills required are:
  • At least four years’ experience managing digital customer acquisition and performance marketing strategies with proven success
  • Highly personable with the ability to engage and influence multiple business stakeholders
  • A collaborative business leader who puts teamwork at the heart of their approach
  • Proven organisational and project management skills, together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment
  • Tenacious and adaptable in the face of new challenges
  • Creative thinker with a track record in defining and delivering solutions to business problems
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to get to the heart of complex problems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a analytics and attribution modelling
  • Advanced presentation skills
