What are you going to do:
- Play a pivotal role in the Client Services department achieving their yearly KPIs and quality objectives
- Manage inbound leads as they come in, responding within our strict one- working day rule and efficiently qualifying the prospect
- Utilise our CRM, sales database and marketing automation tools to manage your pipeline and maintain up to date and accurate information about relevant stakeholders
- Proactively seek new prospects through regularly attending networking events, and events in industries we are targeting. We also expect you to actively seek opportunities on social media channels
- Assist Account Managers in maintaining strong, positive client relationships by ensuring that there is regular and structured contact including face-to-face meetings and telephone/e-mail communication
- Plan, organise and lead new business and relationship meetings to fully gather briefs from clients and turn them into proposals
- Lead and deliver tender submissions from government and public sector organisations
- Lead the pitching process for new prospects you are engaging with, and contribute to the pitches of the wider Client Services team and Account Managers

What we ask:
- Minimum degree: Any
- Minimum work experience: Good Sales skills and Confidence
- Significant experience in Business Development, Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, Sales, or Marketing roles. Previous agency experience would be an advantage
- Experience in reaching and exceeding sales revenue targets via new and existing business
Experience with contract management (NDAs, T&Cs, framework contracts, etc.) is ideal - Strong understanding of UX, design, technology and digital marketing on how it can be used to solve business' challenges
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Office is essential, experience with Keynote or other presentation tools is ideal
