Designed for a 24 hour lifestyle, each piece holds the promise of serene daytime drifting, the romance of an exotic beach at dusk, and the seductive pull of the bedroom. Founded in 2015 by Catherine Johnson, Three Graces London sources the finest handmade cotton, linen, lace and silks from the foremost ateliers across Europe to create a collection of irresistible loungewear, sleepwear, swimwear and beachwear.
Three Graces London is offering a studio and design student work placement for an enthusiastic and hard working candidate to assist the team with multiple collections across beachwear, nightwear and swimwear.
We are looking for a highly creative student that possess an impeccable attention to detail, is committed and reliable and is looking to develop their skills within a fast paced environment.
The main duties of the role will include:
• Sample and toile cutting
• Sourcing of trims
• Creating specification drawings on Adobe Illustrator
• Assisting in fittings and design meetings
• Running day to day studio errands
• Organisation of fabrics and trims
• Preparing production materials for factories
• Collections research
Our ideal candidate will understand our brand's
aesthetic and will have a keen interest in learning about the
design and production process whilst demonstrating the following attributes:
• Confident with fabric cutting (essential)
• Competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• The ability to take on tasks autonomously and prioritise
• Time management
• Hands on, can-do attitude
• Highly organised
• Strong oral and written communication
What you will learn / we will teach you:
