Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the P Louise brand on the shop floor, representing our image and values.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and offering product advice.
• Apply makeup to customers and educate them on how to use our well-loved products to enhance their beauty routines.
• Maintain an approachable, friendly, and bubbly personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Manage busy peak times with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure every customer receives the ultimate P Louise experience, showcasing our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail is ideal, beauty store experience is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for makeup and beauty.
• Availability to work weekends and school holidays.
