Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Location: Oxfordshire - Hybrid
Salary: £45K-£70K + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll be doing
- Driving new business across a wide range of commercial insurance risks
- Building and growing your own client portfolio through proactive business development
- Designing tailored insurance solutions that deliver genuine value to clients
- Representing the business at prospect meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Collaborating closely with a supportive, knowledgeable team
- Playing a key part in delivering ambitious growth targets
What you’ll need
- A proven track record in commercial insurance sales or new business development
- Strong technical knowledge across key commercial insurance classes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with genuine drive to succeed
- The confidence to work autonomously within a close, collaborative environment
