As part of the front-of-house team, you’ll create a personalised, high-energy shopping experience that reflects the brand’s creative spirit. Working closely with clients, you’ll share product knowledge with confidence, deliver exceptional styling advice, and build lasting relationships through thoughtful clienteling. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an engaging and personalised client experience that aligns with the brand’s values and aesthetic.
• Support daily store operations including styling, CRM, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive communication and cross-selling.
• Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for fashion, creativity, and self-expression in all customer interactions.
• Support the wider team with events, product launches, and in-store activations.

Ideal Profile:

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within footwear, fashion/streetwear.
• A natural sense of style and appreciation for craftsmanship and contemporary design.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, confident, and team-oriented attitude.
• Driven by sales targets and motivated to grow within a global luxury brand.
