Who do we want?

We are seeking home-based 'Telephone Interviewers' within our B2B team.

The B2B team operates between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday + Saturdays 10am to 2pm. You get to choose what shifts you want to work each week. You can mix and match what days and shift times you want from the following...

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (7.25 hours + lunch break)
  • Saturday 10am to 2pm (4 hours)

What experience or skills do I need? Here's what we think makes a good interviewer...

  • Strong verbal communication - are you a good talker?
  • Confidence - you'll definitely gain lots of confidence in the role, but can you talk to a stranger over the phone?
  • Computer literate - can you use a computer and type accurately?
  • No experience is required as full training will be given.

What do we pay? In line with the living wage we pay based on age bands which are currently...

  • 21 and over £12.21 per hour + holiday pay = £13.68 per hour equivalent.
  • 18-20 £10.00 per hour + holiday pay = £11.20 per hour equivalent.
  • 16-17 £7.55 per hour + holiday pay = £8.46 per hour equivalent.
  • A bonus scheme is in place to add up to £275 per month

  • A webcam - we really like to see your face when our Team Leaders are working with you :)
  • No Apple devices will work with our system
  • A headset/headphones with a built-in microphone compatible with your laptop/computer
