We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Boutique Manager to support the leadership team within its boutique in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a luxury retail environment defined by craftsmanship, attention to detail, and elevated client experience.


The Role

As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving commercial performance, and ensuring exceptional client service in line with luxury standards.


Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Representation

• Deliver and champion a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Represent the business with professionalism and discretion

Sales & Commercial Support

• Support the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs

• Actively coach and support the team on the sales floor

• Ensure strong product knowledge and service standards

Boutique Standards & Operations

• Support visual merchandising, presentation, and operational standards

• Assist with stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail guidelines

Team Leadership & Development

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training

• Act as a role model and support team motivation and engagement

• Foster a positive, professional, and service-led team culture


Profile

• Experience in an Assistant Manager, Senior Sales, or Supervisory role within luxury, premium, or high-end retail

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Client-focused mindset with a refined service approach

• Detail-oriented, composed, and commercially aware

• Flexible availability, including weekends
