Events & Marketing Coordinator Internship in London

The Golden Network is a London based events agency aiming at creating events for a trusted community of city professionals. This network, launched in February 2014 by Victoria Salem, is focused on creating entertaining networking occasions for its clients. It offers great opportunities for like-minded professionals to expand their professional and personal networks through social happenings in the capital.

What are you going to do:

The Golden Network launched its Experiential Marketing & Events Management services in 2015. These services are in full development. The Golden Network is now working with high-scale and luxury lifestyle brands such as The Hilton on Park Lane, The Frog restaurant, Brioni, Dauphine University and many others….

As an Events and Marketing coordinator, you will be assigned to the following tasks:

  • Manage all social medias (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Manage contacts with partners and clients.
  • Actively participate in all events (prior to it but also during by greeting the guests and making sure all is run smoothly).
  • Preparing and organising the newsletters.
  • Search and reach out to new possible clients.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO.
  • Creating different and new communication & marketing supports.
  • Editing the marketing strategy and materials to adapt to business changes.
  • Studying the marketing strategy and its impact.

What we ask:

  • Business school or Communication
  • Marketing studies, a first experience in those fields and design skills will be a plus.
  • Fluent English Mandatory.
  • Available for an internship of minimum 6 months.
  • Motivated, independent and multitasking student with a strong interest in communication and events.
  • Being confident and having good communication/social skills are definitely essential for this position.
