We're the global leader in providing energy solutions that help businesses grow and communities thrive. We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world.
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator based out of our Yate depot.
Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards.

- A focus on continued personal development
- Paid time off work for volunteering in the community
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and manage on-time movement of equipment to/from the Yate warehouse for local and global events—liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners to prioritise and expedite deliveries.
- Own TRA and GRN processes for outgoing and incoming kit: raise and chase TRA paperwork, perform timely count-in and GRN, and produce clear discrepancy reports.
- Source and procure service parts and consumables — obtain quotations, raise i2B requisitions, and work with Procurement to ensure purchase orders are issued promptly.
- Maintain accurate asset ownership and fleet records: update M3 and the fixed asset register, complete asset transfer/disposal/reinstatement forms, and reconcile with Finance.
- Operate and maintain an outbound tracker to provide tight control and visibility of equipment locations, ensuring ownership accuracy and audit readiness
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Highly motivated, “can-do” team player with the confidence to work on your own initiative and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
