We have a project which requires the chosen candidate to have proficiency in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening at Business level German for phone work.
CCP Network Limited are looking for a self-employed teleagent who speaks both English and German proficiently.
All project details will be briefed by the Regional Director/Client in English. These details/brief/script may require being translated into German.
You will be using a modern, easy to operate, system that gives you all the information you need to perform your work efficiently and effectively. You are able to be flexible in your work times - as long as the work can be completed in the required time-frame (set out by the Regional Director).
Once agreed, the work will be outlined in a formal work instruction that runs for a set time period. Once the work has been completed and checked, we will invoice it and you will be paid.
You will ideally work from home however, there may be an option to work from our offices in Sittingbourne in Kent, or Newbury in Berkshire, following full Skype training.
You will need a serviceable Windows PC or laptop (not MAC), a good quality USB headset, and if working from home, access to a reliable broadband connection. You will not be responsible for any telephone charges. Your PC or laptop will require Google Chrome and a provided softphone which to work through. All other programmes and files required are held on a central server.
