On this occasion we are looking for an inspirational roaming head chef to help cover Kent and the South East.

We need someone with a successful proven track record, who understands the discerning customer for an award winning iconic gastropub group.

My client is a well known and successful gastropub group is looking for a team player (and top goal scorer) to assist in growth of there business. As the group grows there well naturally be openings and gaps that need to be temporarily fill to maintain standards,

Award winning sites in a prestigious areas

Very well maintained sites with impressive décor

High quality all fresh food European menu with some international dishes

60:40 food and drink split

Extensive beer selection and wine list

A successful candidate would work with the management to continue its achievements, looking to push the boundaries. Should have;

Proven track record in a similar style business

Have worked multiple kitchens
