Staff Software Engineer

Technical leadership | Azure Architecture | .NET | Angular | Platform Scale

GTreasury is scaling its core SaaS platform - and we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead that journey.

This is a senior technical leadership role where you’ll combine deep hands-on engineering with architectural thinking, mentoring, and cross-team influence.

Platform & Tech Landscape

• C# / ASP.NET Core
• Angular & TypeScript
• Azure (cloud-native architecture, services, observability)
• Microsoft SQL Server
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• TDD / BDD
• Highly distributed, mission-critical systems

What You’ll Lead

• Drive technical design across front-end, backend, and data layers
• Partner with architects and product leaders on platform evolution
• Set engineering standards and raise the technical bar
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers
• Own production reliability in a “you build it, you run it” model

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
• Proven experience designing scalable cloud platforms
• Strong technical leadership without losing hands-on depth
• Comfort operating in complex, regulated FinTech environments
