IT Support Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional 2nd and 3rd line support across a range of technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions for diverse client environments.
• Work closely with clients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.

• Strong background in IT support within MSP or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and virtualization.
