About Slow Sip Tea
Slow Sip Tea is an independent tea brand creating thoughtful blends for wellness and everyday rituals. We trade at artisan and food markets across London, sharing high-quality tea with customers who value slowing down.

The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Market Stall Operator to run our tea stall on specific market dates. This role suits someone who enjoys customer interaction, working outdoors, and representing a small brand with confidence.

You’ll set up, run, and pack down the stall, engage customers, and handle sales. This is a casual role for specific dates only. Shifts are full market days including setup and pack-down. All equipment and stock provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and pack down the stall

  • Sell tea and process card payments

  • Engage customers and answer basic questions

  • Keep the stall tidy and well-stocked

  • Transport equipment when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, confident communicator

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Physically able to assist with setup

  • Customer service experience a bonus

  • Interest in tea or independent brands

  • English as a first language
