Bid & Sales Coordinator

Location: Reading, Berkshire (Office-based)

Salary: £30,000 base + performance-related bonus

Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and eager to build a career in sales? We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to support our expanding commercial team in Reading.

Previous experience in bids or sales is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your organisation, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and preparation of bid documents, proposals, and tender responses
• Assist the sales team by managing inbound and outbound communication with prospective clients
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales and bid leads
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and pipeline information within CRM systems
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information required for proposals
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes and sales administration
• Consistently work toward team targets and deadlines
