Our Sales Assistants (or Agents) remain inspired by our roots and revel in pushing the boundaries of the ordinary while delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and confident Sales Assistant to join our Harrods Concession and become one of our Agent Provocateur Agents on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Agent Provocateur Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable client service, supporting the day to day operation of our concession, and act as an ambassador of our brand.

As an Agent Provocateur Sales Assistant you will:

• Have previous experience working as a Sales Assistant for premium/luxury brands
• Be a positive, proactive and outgoing person
• Understand one-on-one client service and clientelling
• Have a real passion for lingerie and be able to communicate confidently with our clients
• Able to work 38 hours per week
