Location: Mayfair, London

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time

Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based

YooWin is a modern property business specialising in the sale and auction of residential and investment property. We work with private sellers, buyers, and professional partners, combining strong operational processes with a fast-moving, relationship-led sales environment.

We are now looking for a Sales Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of the sales and onboarding process across vendors, buyers, and property listings.

This role would suit someone with administration, AML/KYC, property, or sales support experience, who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple processes at once.


The Role


The Sales Onboarding Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring new instructions, clients, and sales progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

You will act as a key point of coordination across sales, compliance, and administration, supporting the business with client onboarding, property setup, documentation, and sales progression tasks.

This is a hands-on, process-driven role with responsibility for accuracy, organisation, and follow-through.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Enquiry Support

  • Monitoring and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
  • Managing the main company inbox and directing queries appropriately
  • Logging and maintaining accurate contact records in the CRM


Client & Property Onboarding

  • Onboarding vendors and buyers in line with company procedures
  • Completing AML / KYC checks on vendors and buyers
  • Requesting, collating, and organising required documentation


Property Listings & Sales Administration

  • Setting up new property listings on internal systems and portals
  • Coordinating property photos, floorplans, keys, legal packs, and descriptions
  • Ensuring all listing information is accurate, complete, and compliant


Sales Progression & Auctions

  • Supporting the auction process from listing through to sale
  • Generating memorandums of sale and sales documentation
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents, and buyers as required
  • Tracking key milestones and following up outstanding actions


Invoicing & Administration

  • Generating invoices and supporting payment tracking
  • Maintaining organised digital and physical records
  • Supporting wider sales administration tasks as needed


About You


Essential

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in administration, AML/KYC, property, sales support, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment


Desirable

  • Experience in estate agency, property, auctions, or conveyancing
  • Exposure to AML / compliance processes
  • CRM or property software experience
