Northampton | Office-based

£26,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £75,000+ Year 1)

Lanova Recruitment is supporting a growing, well-established business in Northampton with the hire of an experienced Sales Executive to join their high-performing team.

This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys building rapport, working consultatively with prospective clients, and converting high-quality opportunities. You’ll benefit from consistent lead flow, clear targets, and a genuinely strong uncapped commission structure.

The Role

• Managing warm, pre-qualified enquiries alongside proactive outreach
• Understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Speaking with decision-makers across UK businesses
• Owning opportunities from first contact through to close
• Managing pipeline and performance against weekly and monthly targets
• Building long-term relationships to maximise repeat and additional business

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in a performance-led sales role
• Confident, consultative communicator
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Self-motivated, organised and driven by results
• Professional when engaging senior stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence preferred
