Overview:
EVEREC is partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy services business operating across the onshore and offshore wind sector. This is a sales role suited to a proven new business professional who understands the UK wind market and thrives in a high autonomy, high impact environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across the UK onshore and offshore wind market. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will ensure opportunities are correctly scoped, deliverable and commercially viable.
This role will be a mix of nurturing existing clients and building new relationships, opening doors to new business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK wind sector
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed contract
• Build and maintain senior relationships with asset owners, operators, OEMs and service partners
• Work collaboratively with internal operational and finance teams to scope opportunities effectively
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders and commercial documentation
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM data
• Represent the business at industry events, client meetings and site visits
• Support tender submissions and commercial negotiations
• Contribute to wider sales strategy and market intelligence
Candidate Profile
• Strong understanding of the UK wind market and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and winning complex, high value contracts
• Commercially astute with a focus on margin, value and long term partnerships
• Confident engaging senior decision makers and leading full sales cycles
• Self motivated, disciplined and comfortable operating with autonomy
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with delivery teams
