Business Development Analyst (London)

Our client is looking for a Business Development Analyst to join their London team and support growth across institutional crypto markets.

In this role, you’ll work closely across sales, marketing, and leadership, engage with a global client network, and help drive commercial initiatives across liquidity services and crypto solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys fast-paced, client-facing work and wants exposure to a leading platform in the digital assets ecosystem.

✅ What you’ll do

• Support strategic business development projects across sales, marketing, and management
• Manage inbound client inquiries and coordinate sales execution independently and with the wider team
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and onboarding documentation for client coverage and support
• Build strong knowledge of the firm’s products and develop relationships with key clients
• Conduct market research to shape sales strategy and identify new commercial opportunities
• Lead prospecting efforts to expand the client base across existing and new business lines
• Track crypto market and technology trends and share insights internally and externally
• Contribute to marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and market impact

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, crypto, or a similarly fast-moving client-facing environment
• Undergraduate degree (required)
• Strong communication skills, especially in building client-facing materials and pitch decks
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Self-starter mindset with strong analytical ability
• Genuine interest in crypto and staying current with industry trends
