Sales Executive / Account Manager

Location: Blackburn

Salary: £28,000 guaranteed + OTE up to £68,000 (uncapped)

Hippo Motor Group is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing sales team in Blackburn.

The Role

As a Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will:

• Handle warm customer enquiries across multiple channels (no cold calling)
• Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience from first contact to completion
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and finance solution
• Manage your customer pipeline using our internal systems
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

You will be working in a structured, performance-focused environment with strong support and clear processes.

Training & Development

You will complete a comprehensive 12-week training programme delivered by a senior team with over 30 years of combined experience. This will give you everything you need to succeed in the role, even if you have no previous sales background.
