  • PE-backed SaaS (MarTech) business firmly in scale mode. This is execution, not experimentation.
  • Circa €25M ARR today, tracking north of €30M by year end.
  • Enterprise platform selling into global marketing and brand teams. Crazy brands on-board already!

The opportunity

It’s pretty simple.. This role exists because the UK is working yet largely untapped.

One AE is already closing business. Deals are landing. Leadership now wants to double down with a second UK Account Executive.

Early on, this is a hunter-led role while the UK SDR function is built around you. That support is coming, but this suits someone who can generate momentum without waiting for it. So in-short, this will be a full-cycle, enterprise-focused hunter role, with autonomy from day one.

The deals are meaningful. Average contract value is circa €60k ARR. Fully ramped quota is €700k, with a sensible ramp and a healthy volume of late-stage opportunities already live.

Year one success looks like building consistent pipeline, closing enterprise logos, and helping shape how the UK GTM motion scales from here.


The ideal candidate

  • Proven SaaS closer with experience owning a territory end to end (Deals range from 40-100k)
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, Creative Tech, Digital Media, or adjacent enterprise tech
  • Comfortable self-sourcing pipeline and running full sales cycles
  • Experience selling into marketing, brand, or digital decision-makers
  • Commercially sharp, autonomous, and comfortable building before scaling
