Job description
Location: London, Shoreditch
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £75k+ in Year 1
Working Pattern: 4 days per week in office
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
• High-volume outbound sales using our CRM and data tools
• Handling industry-leading inbound enquiries - qualifying and converting high-intent clients into confirmed flights
• Fast-cycle deal management - closing deals within hours, not weeks
• Client handling under pressure, delivering tailored charter solutions
• CRM discipline, logging all activity accurately
• Building and owning a personal book of repeat clients
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of proven sales experience (any quota-carrying role: recruitment, property, B2B, SaaS, etc)
• Clear history of hitting or exceeding targets
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
• Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-decision environment
• Motivated by competition, earnings and performance
• Highly organised, coachable and commercially sharp
• Hungry, resilient and willing to step into a 24/7 industry
