The Role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HSQE Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to our HSQE team. This role helps keep compliance, audits, health & safety, environmental and data protection activities running smoothly across the Speedy Freight Group.

It’s a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in compliance, operations or risk.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage inboxes, calendars and meeting schedules
  • Prepare and format reports, policies, presentations and audit documents
  • Maintain trackers for audits, incidents, training, environmental data and GDPR
  • Support audit planning, evidence gathering and action tracking
  • Assist with safety, quality and environmental KPI reporting
  • Help distribute updated safety and compliance information
  • Maintain document libraries and audit-ready records
  • Support ad-hoc projects and occasional site visits


Who We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Able to manage priorities and deadlines

Desirable

  • Admin or compliance experience
  • Awareness of ISO standards, GDPR or health & safety
  • Interest in logistics or multi-site operations

Development

You’ll receive regular 1-2-1s and appraisals, with a focus on accuracy, task completion and audit readiness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
