As a People Coordinator, your role will include:
Recruitment and Early Talent Programmes
- Candidate screening for our graduate and apprenticeship programmes
- Liaising with apprenticeship providers
- Working closely with the Head of Talent to ensure smooth people processes and a seamless candidate experience
- Support general recruitment administration across the business
Learning and Development
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives across the business, supporting the delivery of agreed training plans
- Organise and facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events
- Collaborate with each Group’s Professional Development Lead to plan external training, including bookings, provider liaison, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate training, appraisal, and development records, ensuring reviews are tracked and actions completed
- Manage day-to-day L&D administration, including systems, documentation, and reporting
- Support mentoring and professional development activities to foster growth and career progression
