Account Executive - Software £32k Base + £12k OTE (£44k Year 1) - Full Training - High‑Growth Tech Role
Some sales roles are about convincing people to care. This role is about helping customers get more value from a product they already rely on.
This company has spent the last decade building a loyal global customer base, consistently expanding through product reputation, engineering buy‑in, and strong inbound demand. Now, with a new product suite launching and serious investment in their commercial function, they’re growing their team of Account Executives.

What You'll Do
- Manage and progress a pipeline of active opportunities
- Run discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and commercial conversations
- Own customer renewals and support expansion within existing accounts
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Maintain accurate forecasting and updates in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to create a smooth customer journey
- Share insights from customer conversations to improve processes and messaging
What You’ll Bring
- Confident communication skills and a consultative approach
- Ability to build rapport with technical teams and decision‑makers
- Strong organisation and pipeline management
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Commercial awareness and an interest in software
- Prior B2B sales experience is helpful, but attitude and aptitude matter most
