Role Overview

One of our most strategic markets is undergoing rapid digital transformation, driven by large enterprise groups, regulated industries, and hybrid IT environments.

To support this momentum, we are hiring a Senior Solution Sales Executive focused on platform-led transformation.

The role centers on driving adoption of:

• AI-driven enterprise architectures embedded in core processes

• Integration platforms connecting hybrid and multi-vendor landscapes

• Low-code and pro-code innovation enabling faster digital delivery


This position is ideal for a senior sales professional capable of bridging business transformation and enterprise architecture, engaging executive stakeholders, and navigating complex enterprise ecosystems.


What You Will Do

You will own and execute a territory strategy focused on accelerating adoption of intelligent, integration-centric platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities


Drive Platform-Led Growth

Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities focused on AI use cases, process automation, integration modernization, and enterprise extensibility.


AI-Driven Architectures

Lead conversations on how AI agents orchestrate processes, data, and decision-making across complex enterprise landscapes.


Enable Integration-First Transformation

Position integration platforms as the backbone for hybrid, regulated, and multi-system environments.


Accelerate Innovation Delivery

Enable organizations to innovate faster using governed low-code and pro-code development approaches.


Engage Executive Leadership

Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and transformation leaders by translating technology capability into measurable business outcomes.


Develop Strategic Territory Plans

Target large enterprises and regulated industries with long-term platform adoption strategies.


Orchestrate Complex Sales Cycles

Navigate multi-stakeholder, architecture-driven deals involving security, compliance, and long-term transformation initiatives.


Leverage Partner Ecosystems

Collaborate with system integrators, consulting partners, and cloud providers to deliver joint transformation solutions.


What You Bring

Enterprise Platform Sales Experience

10+ years in enterprise software sales with strong exposure to platforms, cloud architectures, integration, or application development.


AI & Integration Understanding

Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven integration, hybrid cloud models, and AI-enabled architectures.


Architectural Selling Capability

Ability to influence enterprise architecture direction and position long-term transformation value beyond point solutions.


Market Expertise

Strong understanding of complex enterprise and regulated industry landscapes.


Executive Credibility

Proven success engaging CXO and senior technology leadership on high-value, multi-year initiatives.


Performance Orientation

Consistent record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive enterprise markets.


Languages

Fluency in English and local market language required.


Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or technology disciplines.

Cloud, AI, or integration certifications are highly valued.
