Commissioning Engineer

40 Weekly Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00

From configuring complex control systems to commissioning complete test facilities on customer sites, you will be central to delivering high-performance solutions used across the automotive and propulsion sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission hardware and software at customer sites
• Configure PLCs, IO, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose issues, perform fault-finding and carry out PID tuning
• Deliver customer training and remote technical support
• Complete in-house setup and testing before deployment

What You Will Need:

• Strong understanding of control logic/software
• Good mechanical and electrical installation and fault-finding ability
• Experience with PLC, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Able to interpret technical schematics
• Full UK driving licence + passport
