Our client is an established events business delivering conferences and exhibitions across fast-growing global sectors. The organisation is known for investing heavily in sales training and coaching, and for offering one of the most competitive commission structures in the market. Based near London Bridge, the team works in a collaborative, high-energy environment with regular exposure to leading industry conferences.

Responsibilities include:

• Selling delegate places for conferences across multiple high-growth sectors
• Managing a high-activity sales pipeline and working towards clear revenue targets
• Building relationships with professionals and decision-makers via phone and email
• Attending events to support delivery and develop long-term client relationships

Requirements include:

• At least one year’s experience in B2B sales or telesales
• Confidence working to targets in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Resilience, drive and motivation to maximise earnings
