Job description

We’re looking for a high-performing enterprise sales professional with a background in observability, monitoring, analytics, or operational intelligence platforms. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of real-time enterprise insights.


You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, targeting large financial services, technology, and enterprise accounts. If you thrive on hunting, opening strategic enterprise relationships, and driving complex sales cycles, this is the role for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead full enterprise sales cycles across the UK, engaging C-level executives, IT, Ops, and risk/compliance leaders.
  • Own and execute GTM strategy, defining territory plans, account prioritization, and approach for strategic new logos.
  • Build a robust pipeline, uncovering and qualifying opportunities with complex enterprise buyers.
  • Partner closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to deliver tailored demos and solution presentations.
  • Influence product roadmap by providing feedback from strategic accounts and industry trends.
  • Be a market evangelist, representing the company at events, webinars, and industry forums.


Who You Are

  • Proven enterprise SaaS hunter with experience selling observability, analytics, monitoring, or infrastructure intelligence platforms.
  • Comfortable engaging senior IT, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experienced in multi-touch, multi-month sales cycles with large accounts.
  • Skilled in GTM planning, pipeline management, and territory strategy execution.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially savvy — someone who thrives on closing high-value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, technology, or enterprise IT markets is a plus.
