Growth Account Executive - Software £50,000 base + £35,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role
Manage and grow a warm portfolio of 200+ existing customers. You’ll lead renewals, uncover expansion opportunities, and grow revenue through smart upsell/cross‑sell. You’ll own your pipeline, build strong relationships, and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Ops.
What You’ll Do
- Drive renewals and reduce churn
- Grow accounts through targeted expansion plays
- Maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce pipeline
- Prioritise high‑impact opportunities
- Share customer insights to shape product direction
What You Bring
- 2-3 years Sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling
- Commercial instincts + excellent pipeline discipline
- Hybrid: 3 days in Central London
