About The Role

We are seeking an outgoing and bubbly Sales Assistant with a keen interest in fashion to join our store team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for jewellery and exemplary customer service. You will be based in our flagship store, working as part of our team to provide our clientele with an excellent in-store experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and positive disposition, and a drive for sales. 


Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills


Your Responsibilities

  • Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised.
  • Processing transactions, exchanges and refunds.
  • Advising customers with any queries they may have.
  • Occasionally helping with store merchandising.
  • Sharing your product knowledge to generate sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Remaining vigilant about security while on the shop floor.
  • Confidently communicating with the wider team.
  • Carrying out stock replenishment and keeping track of inventory.
  • Answering customer queries via email and telephone.

Additional Information

Salary: £24,800 per annum

Work Schedule: 9:45AM – 6PM, 5 days a week including Saturday with Sunday and a weekday as days off.
