Role Description

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily retail operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and promoting product sales. The Sales Assistant will also help maintain inventory records, restock merchandise as needed, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective customer service abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
• Experience or competency in sales with a results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational skills to manage stock, store presentation, and tasks efficiently
• Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role preferred
