SALES ASSISTANT - LUXURY BRAND

LUXURY HOMEWARE / DEPARTMENT STORE

Salary up to £30,000 plus performance-based bonus

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Homeware Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about premium home products, interior aesthetics, and personalised customer service within a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised, and elevated customer experience, building strong client relationships.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored homeware and lifestyle solutions.
• Act as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge across homeware, décor, candles, and lifestyle accessories.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, deliveries, and general housekeeping.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural passion for sales.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Interest or knowledge in interior design, home décor, or premium lifestyle products is highly desirable.
