ABOUT VCCP HEALTH
VCCP Health is a specialist agency that was set up to bring greater strategic rigour and raise creative standards in healthcare communications. Our aim is to bring the VCCP Challenger Spirit to the healthcare sector, not settling to do things as they’ve always been done, but rather look at how things could be done differently. The agency works on prescription, medical devices, OTC & wellness brands, developing the full range of materials required for communications aimed at healthcare professional and consumer audiences. Wherever possible, we bring the most innovative approaches and thinking from the consumer agency to the world of healthcare.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are now looking for an Account Executive to join our team. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we are working on a variety of campaigns that cover both new creative development and digital strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the client’s business and their brief to the agency
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis and building good relationships
- Facilitating the day to day running of the account and supporting the AMs and ADs
- Over time, being the project lead for a number projects/campaigns, this would include things such as:
- Developing timelines and budgets
- Booking weekly resource in Yogi and driving projects through the agency
- Setting up jobs in Yogi and adding estimates
- Briefing creatives
- Reviewing creative and providing constructive feedback on creative ideas
- Working closely with producers to oversee suppliers
- Managing projects through VEEVA and referencing VEEVA uploads
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Curious and inquisitive – values continued learning and trying new approaches, take an active interest in new innovations and industry trends, always looking for new ways to grow and develop
- Passionate about creativity – enjoys working with creatives to find novel ways to tackle client briefs and craft the creative product
- Commercial acumen – can develop budgets and timelines and support the account team to run accounts profitably
- Good team player, works well with planning, creative and production
- Some experience working in healthcare advertising and an understanding of how the advertising industry
- Learn and develop experience of Veeva Promomats and CRM platforms
