Celtic Bakers Ltd is London’s leading craft bakery, specialising in hand-crafted breads and pastries for food service, retail, and private label customers. Based in a purpose-built bakery in Tottenham, North London, we are a team of over 200 passionate "foodies" dedicated to creating high-quality organic products. Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Account Executive based in London. The Sales and Account Executive will manage and expand client relationships, oversee account management, and work on driving new lead generation efforts. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining satisfaction among existing clients.


We’re looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for London’s food scene and a proven track record in winning, growing, and retaining accounts across restaurants, cafés, hotels, and hospitality groups. You’ll identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into long-term customers, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

You’ll stay ahead of emerging trends, from new openings and festivals to rising chefs and street food events and act quickly to capitalise on opportunities. This role suits a self-motivated professional who thrives on momentum, takes ownership of their pipeline, and follows opportunities from first contact to close and beyond.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong sales or account management experience within foodservice, premium hospitality, or F&B
  • At least two years in a senior sales role with responsibility for revenue growth and account performance
  • A proven track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Confidence negotiating, closing deals, and managing commercial discussions
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with decision-makers at all levels
  • Ability to manage a pipeline, forecast accurately, and deliver against targets
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; confident with Excel, CRM, and database systems
  • You’re proactive, highly organised, and results-driven. You enjoy working at pace, prioritising effectively, and taking accountability for outcomes. You’re also a team player who shares insights and contributes to collective success. Above all, you’re passionate about great ingredients and motivated by sustainability, culture, and building meaningful partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across London’s coffee groups, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality operators

  • Be the go-to expert for our products, guiding customers to discover the full range
  • Build and execute a focused sales strategy to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth
  • Represent The Celtic Bakers at industry events, tastings, and trade shows
  • Use Excel and sales tools to track performance, forecast accurately, and manage your pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.


Reporting to: Head of Food Service

Grade: Full time

Hours: 08:30 – 17.30, 5 days Mon-Fri

Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience + performance bonus.
