Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding and personalised client experience, building strong relationships and encouraging client loyalty.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador, sharing its heritage, values, and product knowledge with clients.
• Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets through confident selling and attentive service.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an immaculate sales floor in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail as a Sales Assistant or Client Advisor.
• Strong communication skills with a polished and professional approach.
• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
