Throughout the scheme, you will:
- Rotate across a range of civil engineering placements
- Support the delivery of major investment and asset management projects
- Learn how infrastructure assets are designed, assessed, maintained and renewed
- Build technical practical experience across Track, Structures, Geotechnics and related areas
- Work with engineers and specialists across multidisciplinary teams
Professional Development

- Registration with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), with costs covered
- Structured training modules, covering technical and leadership development
- Quarterly and annual reviews with a Supervising Civil Engineer
- Coaching, CPD, and discipline-specific development
