Front of House and Operations staff in London

What are you going to do:

We are looking for part time and full-time staff to join our team at
The London Bridge Experience and London Tombs. You will have a passion
to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly
outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a Front of House
(FOH) team.

FOH role:

• Engaging with customers
• Operating tills using epos System
• Answering phone calls
• Cash handling
• Delivering Health and safety procedures for customers
• Operating attraction animatronics (I.E. Hellavator)

We are looking for the following skills and experience

• To be keen on using great customer service
• Ability to operating tills and handling cash.
• Must posses strong communication skills, both in verbal and written
  format. An effective organizational and problem-solving skill with the
  ability to make quick decisions is required
• Ability to work as part of a team and to develop others within the team structure is required
• Must be willing to be flexible and work weekends
• A desire to create memorable experiences for all guests
• Team player - ability to work within a close-knit team while also being able to work independently
• Ability to take direction and deliver consistent high standards
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• The role is part time and permanent

All training will be provided and paid.

What we offer:

Starting rate of pay depending upon age and experience range between:

£5.60 - £7.50p/h + daily discretional bonus.
