Job description

We are currently seeking two experienced Composite Laminators to join our client based in Banbury on an initial 8-week contract. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Motorsport / Formula 1 composite laminating who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality composite laminating to Motorsport/F1 standards
• Work with pre-preg carbon fibre materials
• Lay-up of composite components to precise specifications
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Requirements

• Proven composite laminating experience within Motorsport / Formula 1
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
