ASSISTANT MANAGER – MAYFAIR

LUXURY FASHION | UP TO £35,000 + COMMISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and commercial performance
• Lead from the front on the shopfloor, delivering consistently exceptional client experiences
• Coach, motivate, and develop a team of 7 to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets
• Drive individual and store performance through hands-on selling and clienteling
• Maintain high standards across VM, stock management, and operational excellence

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a Senior Sales, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager position
• Energetic, dynamic, and naturally motivating leadership style
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, commercial performance, and team development
• Hands-on, shopfloor-focused approach with a passion for luxury selling
• Confident, articulate, and professionally presented at all times
