An exciting opportunity has opened up within a world-class motorsport engineering environment for skilled Composite Laminators to join a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lay-up, trimming and curing of carbon fibre components
• Working from engineering drawings and build manuals
• Use of autoclaves, ovens and vacuum bagging techniques
• Maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
• Supporting continuous improvement within the composites area

About you:

• Proven experience in composite lamination (motorsport, aerospace or high-performance manufacturing preferred)
• Confident working with carbon fibre pre-preg materials
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
