Sales and Delivery Manager

About the Role Jayco Recruitment is seeking a high-energy Sales & Delivery Manager to lead our front-end operations. Unlike traditional management roles, you will have zero responsibility for Payroll, Finance, Compliance, or Training—all of which are managed by dedicated internal departments.

You will lead a team of Consultants and Team Leads, focusing exclusively on winning new business and ensuring elite service delivery across three core sectors:

1. Health & Social Care
2. Logistics
3. Warehousing

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of BD-focused consultants and team leads.
• Strategic BD: Identify high-volume tender opportunities and lead the "closing" process.
• Delivery Oversight: Monitor fill rates and time-to-fill metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Growth: Expand Jayco’s footprint across the North East industrial and healthcare landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Recruitment Management (specifically Sales/Delivery).
• Experience in at least one of our core sectors (Healthcare, Logistics, or Industrial).
• A "closer" mentality with the ability to mentor junior staff.
