Some internships are about observation. This isn’t one of them.
We are a specialist advisory firm working with central government, local authorities, schools and trusts on complex education and public sector challenges. Our work involves strategy, policy, data modelling, commissioning advice, financial analysis and high-stakes delivery.

If you are curious, restless and willing to deal with bumps in the road with us, you'll be embedded in live projects that are genuinely tranformational for inviduals, families or communities.
If we knew what you'd be doing at any point in your day, we'd tell you. You'll be moving between analysing datasets, testing assumptions, drafting reports, supporting tenders, offfering comment on policy - all the time staying focused on the fact that we are the brilliant people we work with shine even brighter.
